Southgate Village at Lake Winnebago is an upper bracket community of 45 homes ranging in price from around $300,000 to over $1,000,000. Due to the varied terrain, many of the houses are reverse 1 and 1/2 story, with nice walkout lower levels that face the lake. Homesites range in price from $60,000 for off the water, to around $200,000 for lake front. Lake front homesite owners may purchase a slip in the covered community dock.

The Southgate Village Property Owners Association provides snow removal and lawn maintenance. In addition, the development has several boats available for use by community members.
